What Does The Calendar Coordinator Do?
The Calendar Coordinator finds moms to host playgroups. She will pass a sign-up sheet around at the monthly meeting and then send an email to the members so anyone who did not make it to the meeting can still sign up. Then, she will create a calendar that will be emailed to the members so people can start planning what playgroups they may want to RSVP for. Any problems with playgroups should be brought to her attention. |
